- Other worksBefore her acting career took off, Julie was a renowned cabaret dancer, having performed extensively throughout Europe, East Africa, Asia and the Middle East. Julie choreographed her own routines creating unusual and unique solo dances blending classic cabaret with contemporary dance styles, adapted from native tribal dances and diverse cultural realms. These included 'The Spanish Dance', 'The Mexican Hat Dance', 'The Tribal Dance', 'The Leopard Dance', 'The Calypso', and her own version of 'The Dance of the Seven Veils'.
