Bobby (Conason) is featured in this average episode that still has its moments. Among the amusing parts are—when Louie (DeVito) demonically forwards Bobby's angry letter to the newspaper that Bobby thinks will get him in trouble; Latka shedding his sweat suit with a surprise underneath. Otherwise, it's Bobby's half-hour, with the gang mostly in support. John Harkins does a good subtle job as the sly critic, Bowman, who surprised me with the wrap-up to Bobby's letter. Too bad Louie doesn't meet up with the equally callous Bowman. That would have created explosive comedic opportunities. Anyway, the cast again shows why even this average entry could be engaging.
