I feel like I have to point out that 'Vision: Impossible" sees Roger in the hospital (twice) and no one realizes he's an alien. And it doesn't even feel like a cop-out, but just that it's woven into the show as accepted, at this point. I liked it.
It's a good episode with a funny riff on "The Dead Zone" (ol' Rog awakens from a coma with Walken-like powers of future-telling). And while a Roger-centric episode is pushing it (for me, personally) it works because his snarky sense of humor is put to good use here. The writing's strong, too; after his second coma, he returns home to a family that's gone to pieces without knowing every second of their futures.
Surprisingly, some of the best material is in the hospital scenes, between the (unseen) Dr. Baby, and a return appearance by Dr. John Q. Mind (Mind Quad!).
