- At the end of the 1930s, two friends have the ambition to break out of their mediocre life's by employing only honest means. One of them achieves this by becoming a star, and hires the other as a manager.
- André, Pierre, Finot and Le Guen are cadets in the Fort Carré Military Academy of Antibes and they are the best friends in the world.
