- Shows a beautiful country scene. A mother gets ill and her child takes her place; such as feeding the chickens, milking the cows, going to market, and getting dinner ready for the help.
- A woman's lover tries to abduct her husband but he escapes with their child.
- Prascovia, a beautiful Russian girl, is living alone with her father. One day, the old man is arrested by the Russian Police. All of her pleas are in vain; her father is carried off and put to hard labor. One day, as she is walking, she passes the Governor of the Province, his aide and his young son. The latter, while romping about falls down a steep embankment, and is rendered unconscious. Prascovia courageously descends the dangerous declivity and rescues the inanimate boy. The Governor offers, as a token of his gratitude, to grant her any request. Of course she asks for the release of her father. She obtains the Governor's pardon and hastens to the penitentiary. Her father is released and all ends well.

- Shows photograph studio and an amateur photographer applying for a camera to take pictures on his farm. Later he brings it back to the studio to have plates developed. Another amateur applies, and by mistake, the photographer gives him the filled camera, and he goes and takes pictures of his folks and his sweetheart, who are dressed for the occasion. When he comes to develop them, he finds that the sweetheart's head is shown on the body of a cow, etc.
- The news of an army advancing on the town, calls all the garrison out for its defense. A young and eager officer takes leave of his sweetheart who clings to him affectionately, and at the last possible moment releases him fearlessly but with much anxiety. The defenders going out to meet the enemy offer a stubborn resistance to the oncoming force. Driven back by numbers they are gradually compelled to retire to the town which is finally captured by the enemy. The victorious commander after his arduous toils, and suffering from many slight wounds, enters the house of the officer's sweetheart, where he decides to stay during the time he is in the place. The exquisite appearance of the lady more than pleases him and he settles down in an armchair and demands refreshment. She at first refuses, but seeing resistance is useless attends to him and prepares a meal. Alone with the conqueror she plays with a dagger and is tempted to take his life, but throws the weapon down in disgust The commander having refreshed himself and being attracted by the girl, endeavors to make love to her. He is interrupted by his guard, one of whom hands him a dispatch. As he is reading this communication the young lover enters the room and going across to his fiancée clasps her in his arms. At the general's orders weapons are immediately pointed at the rash man. The girl aware of her sweetheart's danger appeals to the officer for her dear one's life, disclosing in her plea her sincere love for him. Ordering the weapons to be put up the commander immediately writes out a pardon for the young man, and allows them to pass out through the guard. Turning as she reaches the door the girl speaks out her heartfelt thanks and gratitude to her friend the enemy.
- A simpleton frees a framed man in time for him to save a girl from being dropped over a cliff.
- This picture opens with a scene outside of the barracks, and all the artillery men ready to start on a trip up the mountains. Mules are being used to climb the inclines, which are all covered with snow. When reaching a height of about 200 feet above earth the most pictorial scenes are obtained. The guns are being loaded, which are carried by the mules, and the manoeuvers start. This is one of the prettiest pictures ever seen. Tinted mechanically with appropriate colors all the way through.
- Shows how a blind man and his daughter earn a living; he playing a violin and she singing. They sing and play to a graphophone. One day while singing in the street the daughter is hit with a bottle by a bystander and falls down dead. Later, when her father hears her voice singing in the graphophone, he, enraptured at hearing her singing, falls down and dies.
- The man takes his clothes and uses them as a scarecrow and puts them in the field. A tramp comes along and takes his clothes and puts them on, and, finding the money in the pocket, brings it to the relatives of the miser. The man, seeing the tramp in the miser's clothes, thinks it is him and he kills himself. The tramp goes away, but being too honorable to keep the notes and money, he throws them away.
- A clown of the circus conspires for bring about the downfall of the acrobat.
- Shows a mother sick and her two children. Her son, who is a doctor, has to go to the hospital as usual. Upon his return he finds that the landlord has been there and they, being unable to pay their rent, have been put out on the street. They find cheaper quarters. Afterwards this cruel landlord's child goes through an operation and the doctor calls the sick lady's son to assist him to perform the operation, for which he gives him lots of money. The son, happy to receive the money, returns to his mother, but upon arriving home, he falls over and dies, having been poisoned while operating on the child.
- This film tells a story of a pretty girl who is infatuated with two young men.
- This shows an automobile out on a rampage as it reels from side to side, bumping into and smashing any obstacles in its way. Police finally capture the chauffeur and an arrest follows.

Scenery and photography are excellent.

After the girl is gone, the woman's little boy, feeling sorry for the poor girl, runs after her and gives her something to eat. A little later the woman is out and caught in a storm and falls down a cliff. The same girl to whom she refused shelter sees her, and, returning good for evil, she helps her.
- Shows a country lad coming to town. He has all kinds of adventures until he is finally thrown into the river.
- Shows a young man starting out to his sweetheart's home. On the way he meets some friends. They have a few drinks and he becomes intoxicated. He buys some Christmas presents to take with him, but unable to carry them he gets into a street cleaner's' basket, who carries him to the house. They see he is intoxicated and throw him out.
- The sexton, who for years has been used to ringing the church bells, one midnight, in his sleep, walks over to the church and rings the bell, awakening all the people in the village. They gather together and go to the church, but find no one there. They then go to the sexton's house, and he, having returned without their seeing him, has already gone to bed again and is asleep, but they awake him and give him an awful beating.
- Two fishermen are sitting fishing in a brook. One of them has good luck, and the other one, while pulling on his line gets over to the other side of the fence onto a rooster, which results in fishing roosters.
- A minister's wife deserts him and enters upon a gay life. The minister accidentally discovers her in a gambling resort, but she does not heed his pleading. Later she is thrust out, and begs the minister's forgiveness.
