- A few prostitutes tell their story. Behind the big windows, they arrange their pillows, they sit down and wait. Their stories tell of men in search of something. Nice men, those who even show up on Christmas Eve and the lonely ones, who sometimes fall in love. The women are well acquainted with love and they know how to keep it at a distance when they work, because a client can never be anything but a client. All this has brought to life a film that is both open, like the big, airy space I think I have left to the spectator, and closed, like a door we shut in order to remain alone for a moment."
