- Mink is the love-child of a dragon and a dragon-slayer. Mink and her friends have very weird adventures on Mink's quest to be human. The story is unique because the art style constantly switches between normal proportions and super-deformed proportions.

It seems like an easy situation: take the easy job, get the easy money, then take it easy. But when Falcon informs Kaori during a trip to the grocery store that someone from Los Angeles has arrived to kill City Hunter, she and Ryo begin to suspect that Emily is not all she really appears to be. What is her real agenda? Is she really a cold-blooded assassin who has something personal against Ryo? Why is the C.I.A. taking an interest in City Hunter's client? And more importantly, will Ryo still get the nookie he was promised by the time the case is solved?

Alcia, who was at the time piloting Legaciam in order to help her grandfather with the testing, manages to get away - barely. But the Guild is determined to get Legaciam by any means necessary.

Cast and crew members run into severe and embarrassing difficulties as things do not turn out as they should; for example, Lufy totally drowns in embarrassment as she is object of a whole crowd of spectators while in the nude; the director's obsession with realistic filming causes some real high-voltage friction with Catty; and in the end, after the premiere, the girls end up in an ongoing on-stage tussle about which one is the most popular character.
