- After experiencing "puberty syndrome" himself, high school pariah Sakuta keeps meeting girls suffering from it, including his sister and actor Mai.

Bearing the legendary blade Onimaru he walks alone and unafraid, cutting a swathe through those who stand in his way. Hired by the Tokugawa Shogunate to rescue Princess Mayu from the clutches of a group of bandit ninjas - the Seki Ninja, Shuranosuke must rely upon all his skills as well as the aid of the beautiful ninja thief Orin to stand against the summoned undead spirits of Hell barring his way. Featuring direction by Osamu Dezaki and character designs by frequent collaborator Akio Sugino, Sword for Truth was based on a novel by Jo Toriumi (Yotoden) which also inspired the 1998 live-action film Legend of the Devil.
- The lives of three stunt pilots (Scott, Chuck, and Beth) are changed when they gain the ability to transform into three new Ultra-beings, and form the Ultra Force, to battle four giant Sorkin Monsters.
- The Golion team is building a soccer field for the children, and Seidô is using a large construction vehicle that's specially designed for the task. Later that night, Sincline and Honerva send a Mecha Beastman to infiltrate and take control of the machine. The machine promptly runs amok, damages the soccer field, and traps three children inside the vehicle. The Golion team must stop the machine and rescue the kids.
- Amue is saved from execution at the last moment by a young man named Ryô Shirogane, the younger brother of original Blue Lion pilot Takashi Shirogane. From Amue, Ryô learns his brother was killed by Honerva, and he takes the news hard. Ryô then declares revenge on Galra, and he and Amue help some Heraclean slaves escape from Galra. He also contacts the Golion team, introduces himself, and tells them he has rescued Amue. Honerva devises a plan to lure out Amue from hiding: capture the escaped slaves, return them to Galra, and have them all crushed to death with her Goddess of Hell statue. The statue is capable of movement, and is powered by the blood of the dying.
- Daibazaal is furious with Sincline over the alliance of Altea and Heracles, and demands that his son reclaim the worlds that Galra has lost. Sincline chooses to reconquer Amazon first, since his father needs their amazonia flowers to aid his longevity. He keeps the people from rebelling with pointless forced labor, refilling the water for a man-made waterfall. The adults are too demoralized to resist Sincline, but four child conspire to assassinate him, and form the "Youth Suicide Corps". The kids enter Sincline's palace, but they walk right into a trap and are captured. He then broadcasts an announcement via space of the kids' upcoming execution on Amazon's moon Remy. Sincline hopes to lure Golion there, and has a buried nuclear mine waiting for them.
- The Golion team helps Platt and his family train so they can fight Jaga. Shorty also builds a robot mouse for them to pilot, which is put to the test when Honerva shows up with a Mecha Beastman.
- As Golion returns to Altea, Blue Lion malfunctions and crashes, and is rescued by a mysterious young man with a cape. Raible, Hys and the other Golion members arrive on the scene and notice his agility when he dodges an explosion from the Blue Lion. At the castle, he identifies himself as Saint, and reveals that he is a survivor from the Galra attack on Altea 15 years earlier, and was taken from the castle by his mother. When Raible later sees Saint wearing a necklace that Raible put on his infant son years ago, he tells Saint that he is in fact his son.
