- Fitness Zone, an award winning TV series of 50 half-hour fitness programs aired throughout the world in early 2000. The series is not studio based, and features 18 different and inspiring locations ranging from an aircraft hanger, nightclub, an ice hockey arena and a waterfall in Jamaica. We were fortunate enough to rescue a Great Dane named Elsa a few months ago who happened to have beautiful blue eyes. I found out about the movie during our walk with the dog. The kids would ask, "What's your dog's name?" Once they found out her name was Elsa there was an instant connection between them. This story also brings forth the topic of animal welfare and how we can be more conscious with our actions towards animals.
