Mr. Tedham has been involved in the film industry from the ground up for the last nine years. While completing his B.A. and M.F.A. Mr. Tedham sought employment as a crew member in the production of several motion picture projects and worked in various capacities as a camera assistant, sound recording operator, and assistant director. Near the completion of his M.F.A. Mr. Tedham gained employment with Wendie Margolis Productions for Touchstone Pictures/Disney Studios in feature film development.
Shortly thereafter, Mr. Tedham co-produced two independent feature films, "Rejected By Vultures" and "Lunker Lake" for Gaylord Entertainment in Nashville and a documentary feature, "The Source" staring Johnny Depp, Dennis Hopper and John Turturro with Academy Award winning producer/director Chuck Workman.
In 1998 Mr. Tedham moved back to Vancouver from Los Angeles and founded Peanut Butter Entertainment Inc. for the purpose of developing and producing commercial feature film and television projects. Simultaneously, Mr. Tedham became involved with several major motion picture productions as the producer of the "behind-the-scenes" footage. These included "The Astronaut's Wife" with Johnny Depp and Charlize Theron and "X-Files: The Movie" with David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson.
In 1999 Mr. Tedham, through Peanut Butter Entertainment Inc., secured financing and independently produced the feature film "Dangerous Attraction" at a budget of aprox. $3.0 Million. The film was financed entirely via bank loans secured 100% by pre-sales arranged by Mr. Tedham and Peanut Butter Entertainment Inc.
Following the production of "Dangerous Attraction" Mr. Tedham completed additional production work for the independent feature films "The Proposal" starring Jennifer Esposito and Nick Morran, "Out of Line" starring Jennifer Beals and Holt McCallany, and the Miramax feature film "Airbud III: World Pup".
Presently Mr. Tedham is prepping the Peanut Butter Entertainment feature film, "Stephen King's Mangler 2" which stars Malcolm McDowell and Chelsea Swain.
