[Warning: The below contains Major spoilers for the November 6 episode of Jeopardy!] The last finalist for the Jeopardy! Champions Wildcard has been found. However, the last of the three semifinal games could have easily ended much differently due to the winner’s wager during Final Jeopardy. Brian Adams, a retired public educator from Big Bear Lake, California, Jilana Cotter, a senior data analyst from Dade City, Florida, and Dave Pai, a field application scientist originally from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania faced off in the November 6 episode, with Jilana just a bit ahead going into the final round. She had $11,500 to Dave’s $11,200, with Brian in third with $5,200. The clue in “Music & Literature” read: “John Steinbeck called this ‘one of the great songs of the world’ & wanted the music & lyrics printed in one of his novels.” The answer was “The Battle Hymn of the Republic,” and only Jilana was correct, adding $10,900. She advanced to the finals with a total of $22,400 (...

ABC on Thursday announced a series order for Five to Survive, a new hour-long game show from executive producer Ricky Gervais.
RelatedThe Gong Show Reboot a Go at ABC
Per our sister site Deadline, each episode will feature adult contestants who must answer 10 questions correctly to win a cash prize. If he or she is unable to come to an answer, they can then turn to a group of five kids who have been asked the same question by none other than Gervais.
Though Gervais will interact with the kids, presumably in pre-taped segments, he will not serve as host.

For every “Stone Cold” Steve Austin vs. The Rock and Hulk Hogan vs. Andre The Giant, there are two or three underrated storylines that have helped to make WrestleMania the can’t-miss extravaganza it is.
They are the feuds and rivalries that have been overshadowed or lost in the shuffle underneath the programs that have come to define the event. While everyone remembers Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker at the 25th incarnation of the show, the sibling war between Jeff and Matt Hardy on the undercard was accompanied by a story as strong as any other on the broadcast, yet few talk about it today.
WrestleMania X is an epic show, with two legitimate five-star matches featuring Bret vs. Owen Hart and Razor Ramon vs. Shawn Michaels, but there is a very strong program supporting those two matches on the undercard, as Randy Savage and Crush brought their heated rivalry to a conclusion.

Without you, we're nothing. It's true! Your loyalty over the past 12 months has helped HitFix retain its status as one of the top entertainment sites around - and to commemorate the year that was we're taking a look back at which stories made the most impact with our readers in 2014. The results? Let's just say it was a mixture of the surprising (the enduring appeal of a certain dance craze continues to astonish us), the not-so-surprising ("The Avengers"? Never heard of them) and the simply baffling (Who knew two of AMC's biggest hits could come together so beautifully?), and below we're counting them down: the 10 most popular HitFix stories of 2014. 10. "The 20 best movie soundtracks of all time" This may have been posted way back in November of 2013, but there's clearly no expiration date on movie soundtrack love. You are our "#1 Crush," HitFix readers. 9. "Marvel blames Hydra for leaked 'Avengers: Age of Ultron' trailer" Superheroes!

Oh, what a three hours and five minutes it was in Detroit's oft-referenced Joe Louis Arena on Monday night. Faces long in absentia descended, queasy alliances seemed to gel and poor Fandango and Adam Rose were emphatically re-cemented as transitional squash talent.
It's a lot to take in, I know. But neither quiver nor fret, because as always, I've broken the action down into five essential takeaways. And, as a bonus, thrown in a bunch of stuff that may have taught us nothing, but gave everyone something to tweet about.

Byker! Byker! Byker! Byker Grove! A-ha, A-ha, A-ha!
Geordie youth club drama Byker Grove was one of the greatest children's TV shows of the '80s and '90s, and next month it will celebrate its 25th anniversary with a special party in Newcastle.
But what ever happened to the stars of the show? We look back at some of the programme's breakout stars and forgotten favourites.
1. Declan Donnelly played Duncan
In the show's first series, Dec was going solo as 'Duncan' and it wasn't until he was united with Ant's 'Pj' that he truly became a central figure in the series. While they are remembered as being best buddies on the show, Duncan did end up nabbing Pj's girlfriend Debbie. After Pj went blind in a paintball accident. Hardly the stuff of best mates in retrospect.
2. Ant McPartlin played Pj

As of last Monday night, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson is officially back in the wrestling world. Never in the history of wrestling has there been a star with as much crossover success as the Brahma Bull. Although the quality of his filmography can be rightly called into question, the financial success of his foray into Hollywood must certainly be recognised. Simply put, Rocky is a drawing machine in both the wrestling world and the box office.
It’s an impressive rise to global superstardom, especially for a man who was booed mercilessly during his first run in the World Wrestling Federation (and not in a good way). We all know the tale of his transition from happy-go-lucky Rocky Maivia to the unsmiling, hard-edged People’s Champion, but The Rock’s career isn’t quite as simple as it may first seem. Here are ten surprising facts about the...

Polite society has all sorts of rules, and one of them is that if you have a thing for cartoon characters, you’re some kind of weirdo all of a sudden. After all, they’re not real people, a lot of them are made for children, and it just makes you feel like a creep. But why should it? They’re designed by talented animators to be appealing to the eye, and in a way it would kind of be an insult to all the hard work they put in if you didn’t have a crush on their characters.
Plus, a lot of these films and TV shows came out when we were kids, just starting to get icky feelings about the opposite or same sex. And if most of our media diet comprised of Disney movies and Saturday morning cartoons, where else were we supposed to develop our first crushes?...
