Slim and attractive blonde LeeAnne Baker was born on April 27, 1966 in
New York. She studied acting at New York University. Baker usually
appeared in secondary parts in a handful of entertainingly trashy
exploitation pictures made on the East Coast throughout the mid to late
80's; she frequently acted in films for low-budget independent
directors Tim Kincaid ("Breeders," "Mutant Hunt") and Gorman Bechard
("Psychos in Love," "Galactic Gigolo"). LeeAnne was especially
memorable in a rare lead role as lethal, yet alluring punk witch Eva in
the cruddy horror opus "Necropolis." Baker stopped acting in movies in
the late 80's. LeeAnne now lives the quiet life with her husband and
daughter and still acts in local stage productions.
Was a student at NYU for acting and auditioned for films on the side. Quit acting when she realized she wouldn't be able to do what it took to "go the distance".
