This post contains minor spoilers for "The Fall Guy."
David Leitch has lovingly crafted "The Fall Guy" as a homage to the stunt community, with a seasoned yet luckless stuntman named Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling) at the center of the film's gravity-defying shenanigans. Colt's talents are quite literally overshadowed by the actor he doubles — glib superstar Tom Ryder (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), who brazenly boasts about doing his own stunts and robs Colt of recognition. To make things worse, Colt undergoes a stunt-related mishap that plunges him into a pit of self-doubt and shame, but little does he know that he is yet to experience something far more nefarious: dangerous, hidden schemes that rival ones in a riveting action-thriller. All hell breaks loose, and a string of insane, audacious stunts ensue. If you're interested in /Film's glowing review of the film, you can read it here.

Great news for DC Comics fans: Warner Bros. Pictures’ “Aquaman” has recruited “Mad Max: Fury Road’s” award-winning stunt team.
The news was first reported by Australia’s 9 News, which features footage of stunt coordinator Keir Beck practicing some stunts with his team for “Aquaman,” set to be directed by “Furious 7” and “The Conjuring” helmer James Wan. Warner’s upcoming comic book film, which stars Jason Momoa as the title superhero, began production this past November in Queensland, Australia, and is set to begin filming sometime in 2017.

Besides “general stunt skills and fighting,” the members of the stunt team will “obviously [need to be] capable and competent in water,” Beck told 9 News.

If there are better stunt professionals than the ones featured in Mad Max: Fury Road, we certainly haven’t seen them. Providing some of the most breathtaking real-life spectacles of that year, or any year, while getting little to no credit for their efforts, these unsung heroes deserve – at the very least — to stay fitfully employed. Thankfully, Warner Bros. feels the same, as the stunt team behind George Miller’s modern action extravaganza will now offer their services to James Wan’s upcoming Aquaman.
Australia’s 9 News (via /Film) recently did a profile on stunt coordinator Keir Beck and his team, where they announced their plans to work on the upcoming DC Comics adaptation:
[We’ll be doing] general stunt skills and fighting. If there’s water sequences obviously being capable and competent in water [is important].
While Beck wasn’t the only stunt coordinator credited on Mad Max: Fury Road, he still, nevertheless, helped make...
