Australian actress Rachel Blakely is a former model whose career was
launched after winning a women's magazine cover competition. She made
her TV screen debut in a Nissan commercial, but is best known to
television audiences as Gaby Willis in the popular long-running series
Neighbours, a role she played for three years. Her other credits
include a regular role in Blue Heelers as Gina Belfanti; Tales Of The
South Seas; Flipper and Xena- Warrior Princess. Film credits include a
role in the Grundy Television tele-movie One Way Ticket; A Nice Guy
starring Jackie Chan, filmed on location in Melbourne and Love Until,
co-starring Dee Smart, filmed on location in Prague.
Her father, Harold Blakely, is an American and her mother was from Australia.
Current partner is stuntman, Sean Rigby. They've been together since 1997
after first meeting on the set of Tales of the South Seas (1998). Rachel had her first child
in September 2003, naming him Cooper Lee Rigby.
Second child, a boy named Nash Rigby, was born in 2009.
