- Erwin Bootz was born on June 30, 1907 in Stettin, Pomerania, Germany [now Szczecin, Zachodniopomorskie, Poland]. He was an actor and composer, known for Ich bei Tag und du bei Nacht (1932), Hans in allen Gassen (1930) and Three from the Filling Station (1930). He was married to Helga "Helli" Margarete Gade, Ruth Helene Marie Sametzki and Ursula Elkan. He died on December 27, 1982 in Hamburg, Germany.
