- Originally casted for Babe (1995) alongside singing group The Harlettes as the characters for the mice singing voices until test audiences couldn't read the start of chapter wording and so was asked to record additional lines of dialogue for the film.
- Has provided voice over work in advertising radio, and many TV commercials.
- Worked extensively in both the Queensland and Sydney theatre companies respectively, this also included Australian tours alongside The Harlettes and alongside the cast of Are You Being Served? during the theatre run of the popular series.
- Won a VoVo for 'Most Emotionally Powerful Delivery' at the 2018 Voice Acting Awards for the Peter Mac Cancer Centre.
- Has provided voice work for multiple characters in multiple animation projects.
- Provided the audio narration for Tony Cavanaugh's book 'Blood River' which released in 2019.
- Apart of the 'Wentworth (2013) Four', being one of four actors who appeared in all seasons of the series alongside Kate Atkinson, Robbie Magasiva and Katrina Milosevic.
- Jacquie Brennan joined Wentworth in 2012 when the series had first went into production originally coming into set as a cast reader reading alongside several of the shows actors, Brennan was then hired but was only originally hired for 8 days of filming but was told to read for a "small role" by series set up director Kevin Carlin this role was the role of Linda Miles and the show started airing in its first season in 2013. Brennan missed all but one episode.
- A long running joke on the Wentworth set was the joke of "Linda Miles' door opening skills" during series one it became a long running gag for the rest of filming. It wasn't until series writer Timothy Hobart and the other writers noticed Linda's presence in key scenes, that they spoke with Jacquie Brennan saying they would write more for her. So much so that after series one filming ended Brennan wrote Linda's unseen backstory.
- Provided the audio narration for "Wake" in 2022.
