- Won the STHYB award for his L.B. Second Sports Update
- Extensively involved with many charities throughout New England, most notably his own "Ride with L.B.", a charity motorcycle run which benefits various charities, and the Walk for Change, in which he and fellow WAAF Hillman Morning Show personality (the show's host) Greg Hill walk respective 45-mile routes over the course of four days, meeting and walking together for the last mile. The Walk for Change, designed so that the two men collect change along the route, benefits the Boston MA, Worcester MA, and Providence RI food banks.

- Where is he now? He is at radio station in Boston,Ma. named WAAF. He is a sports-caster for the "Hillman Morning Show".
- Former Bruin enforcer along side former teammate turned actor Cam Neely L.B. made his film debut in Monument Ave. (aka Snitch) also starring Boston natives Dennis Leary and Lenny Clark, Martin Sheen, and Famke Janesen.
