HollywoodNews.com: Anberlin, led by vocalist Stephen Christian has become a dominant force in the alternative rock scene, especially since signing to Universal Republic Records in 2007. Their single “Feel Good Drag” off their latest album “New Surrender” peaked at number 13 on the Billboard 200, and you can bet that their new album will be just as successful.
Their highly anticipated followup entitled “Dark is The Way, Light is a Place,” is due out September 21st. Finally after debuting a new song entitled, “We Owe This To Ourselves,” in recent live shows, fans are finally getting the first listen at the mixed track. The band posted the video originally privately through twitvid today, but has now spread to Youtube.
The song boasts dark lyrics that sing, “since when did bullets/start to sing/it didnt have to end like this/is this the end of everything” and definitely gives fans something to praise about.
