I’ve heard a lot of things about this movie and critics panned this movie when it debuted for its inherent violence and child abuse. “Don’t Go in the House” was a pleasant surprise at how good it was for a theme taken out of the Hitchcock classic “Psycho.” In the UK, the movie was immediately put on their 80s “Video Nasty” list and subsequently banned from the country entirely.
