Phillip may have dominated the episode and our review this week, but we're not going to let him dominate our Round Table. There's plenty more to talk about, such as the curious elimination of Julie over Steve. Or what about Jeff's emergence as a comedic presence on the show?
As always, we love to hear from our readers.
Would Julie have been your choice to vote out over Steve and Ralph?

Jane Murray: I was surprised they voted Julie off. Has she been a tougher competitor than Steve or Ralph? Does...

DreamWorks Animation chief accounting officer Phil Cross will leave his post in February when Heather O'Connor, the director of SEC reporting, becomes the new CAO, the company said Monday.
O'Connor has been in her current role for nearly four years and previously held a variety of financial positions with DreamWorks. Before that, she was with accounting firm Arthur Andersen.
"Her considerable experience throughout her 14 years with the company make her an ideal candidate to oversee DreamWorks Animation's corporate accounting and financial reporting functions in the near future," DWA president and CFO Lew Coleman said.
Cross has been CAO since September 2007. Once stepping down, he'll remain with DWA as a consultant.
