Erik DeSando was born in Bethesda Maryland and is the oldest child of
8. Erik attended high school in Athol, Massachusetts and college at
Flagler College. He achieved a BA in Social Sciences in St. Augustine,
Florida. His father, John is a college professor at Franklin University
in Columbus, Ohio and a movie reviewer for national radio. Erik's
mother, Patricia was a New Hampshire State Senator for 8 years. Erik's
first big break came when he was hired to cast the pilot for a TV
series in Maui Hawaii called "Heavenly Road". His next break came in
casting the feature film "Tender Loving Care" with John Hurt. Erik was
involved with many successful collaborations in both the film/TV and
commercial world. His diversity and energy has enhanced many projects.
Erik was president of Identity Talent Agency from 1998-2006 in Los
Angeles representing many successful theatrical and commercial talent.
