Get ready for Teresa Giudice to drop some hot tea about her nemesis, Margaret Josephs, as their feud heats up.
In a teaser for Episode 2, titled The Icing on the Brain Cake, the Og teases a legal showdown brewing behind the scenes.
It’s not a surprise that Teresa’s beau, Luis Ruelas, is also involved, as the clip shows the couple slamming Margaret and calling her a “liar.”
They didn’t share much about the legal issue but it could be from the allegations made by Margaret at the Season 13 reunion.
She accused Luis of contacting her son at his place of business and threatening him amid other accusations that he had hired private investigator Bo Dietl to dig up dirt on the entire Jersey cast.

Much of the drama on “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” Season 13 reunion, currently airing on Bravo, has been centered around Luis Ruelas, Teresa Giudice’s new husband. Ruelas bragged that he hired a private investigator, Bo Dietl, to dig up dirt on the other housewives and their husbands. Reunion host Andy Cohen says Bo Dietl “tracked him down” after Ruelas made they on-air claim that he hired him to look into “The Real Housewives of New Jersey” cast. Dietl told Cohen no such arrangement ever happened between them.

No mere documentary can capture the turbulent life story of “America’s mayor.”
In order to do justice to the rise and fall of Rudolph “Rudy” Giuliani, director Jed Rothstein had to invent a new genre. The result, “Rudy! A Documusical,” weaves in musical performances by Broadway actors with archival footage from Giuliani’s metamorphosis from top prosecutor to New York City mayor and hero of 9/11 to his sad final act as Donald Trump’s cable news henchman and chief purveyor of election lies.
“Rudy is this very unique and mercurial character,” says Rothstein. “He’s very operatic. His personal story is like an opera with these cartoonishly extravagant highs and lows.”
But staging a full-on opera would have been too costly and time consuming for the filmmakers, so Rothstein turned to another Big Apple staple — musical theater. The numbers themselves were written and performed to delineate key turning points...

There’s really only one story this week. “Music’s biggest night,” as they term the Grammy Awards, is under a cloud this year, as CEO/President Deborah Dugan was placed on administrative leave earlier this week by the Recording Academy as an investigation is underway into complaints about her tenure.
Considering Dugan has only been on duty since August, the action was shocking. The first female head of the Recording Academy, her enemies are already dirtying her up in the press, dropping hints of cruelty to an underling, inability to work with the Board of Directors.
Her attorney has already indicated Dugan will fight back when she gets the opportunity, so expect either a quiet settlement or a truly ugly battle that will rend and tear the institution.

When a films starts with a simple narrative explaining the movie or what is about to happen, with the text showing on screen, I always have a quick smile. There’s some classic horror that has started this way and I think I mostly remember it from the begining of The Blair Witch Project. Because of that my hopes are always a little higher when I see this, for some reason I forget the dozens, possibly hundreds of movies that I’ve seen with this opening that haven’t been so great. As you’ve probably guessed, Clinton Road starts this way.
Clinton Road has three fairly well known acting names that star.

You'd never know it from the 2016 presidential election, but Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton used to be something resembling friends. In fact, she even attended his 2005 marriage to current wife Melania Trump. You see, before they were sworn political enemies, the Clintons and the Trumps got along pretty well. Pictures from Donald and Melania's star-studded nuptials show Hillary and husband Bill Clinton posing with the newlyweds — and even laughing at something Donald was saying. Bo Dietl, a fellow guest at the wedding, once gave NPR__ a report from the front lines. "When Donald and Melania came out to greet a lot of the guests, I saw Hillary going over and… kissing them. And she was very pleasant with him," he said. Bill and Hillary at Donald and Melania's wedding. (Photo Credit: Getty Images) The Clintons had good reason to seem chummy with the Trumps, though. The public is getting a first glimpse at Bill O’Reilly’s sexual harassment settlements after a federal judge blocked the former Fox News host’s motion to seal them in a defamation case against him.
Judge Deborah Batts of New York ruled Tuesday that O’Reilly “failed to present compelling countervailing factors” that would overrule public access to the documents, CNN reported.
“Defendant O’Reilly asks the Court to resolve a dispute by relying on the very Agreements he seeks to shield from public view,” Batts wrote.

According to the documents, Andrea Mackris, Rebecca Gomez Diamond and Rachel Witlieb Bernstein said that O’Reilly, Fox News and 21st Century Fox defamed them by calling them liars and extortionists when he denied any wrongdoing.
The agreement between O’Reilly and Mackris — a former Fox News producer — demanded that all parties in the case disclaim any evidence “as counterfeit or forgeries” should it be made public, which Mackris’ lawyers argued Wednesday, required her to “lie.”
Mackris filed a sexual harassment lawsuit against O’Reilly in 2004.

In another twist, CNN reported Wednesday that the new filing by Mackris’ lawyers noted that her attorney during the settlement, Benedict Morelli, switched sides and became O’Reilly’s lawyer during negotiations.
“This profoundly unethical conflict left Ms. Mackris virtually without legal counsel,” the filing said.
Morelli told TheWrap in a statement: “Every step we took was to negotiate the best possible deal for Ms. Mackris. We worked extremely hard to secure a significant financial settlement for her. The claim that I did not vigorously represent her, or that I represented O’Reilly during or after the settlement process, is absolutely false.”
The women further contend that they were “forced to relinquish audio and video tapes recording O’Reilly’s harassment and abuse,” arguing that Bo Dietl, a private investigator and frequent Fox News commentator, accumulated “tapes, photographs, emails, letters, calendars and diaries” while investigating Mackris.
Dietl told CNN that he was hired by the law firm that represented O’Reilly and Fox News.
“There’s a reason we’re in a business for 33 years. We don’t do anything illegal or improper,” Dietl said. “All we do is find out the truth, and whatever we find we submit to the attorneys and they do what they want to do.”

All three women said that they were smeared by statements made by O’Reilly, Fox News and 21st Century Fox. Mackris and Diamond accused O’Reilly of sexual harassment while Bernstein accused him of verbal abuse and discrimination.
O’Reilly has repeatedly denied the accusations. He was fired from Fox News in 2017 after a New York Times report said he paid tens of millions in sexual harassment settlements over decades.
Fred Newman, an attorney representing O’Reilly, said in a statement to CNN on Wednesday that “the only reason Bill O’Reilly settled any cases was to protect his children.”
Pamela Chelin contributed to this report.

New York City mayoral candidate and private investigator Bo Dietl told the Wall Street Journal that former Fox News boss Roger Ailes hired him to look into Gretchen Carlson’s past. Dietl said his services were also retained to discredit the claims of Andrea Mackris, a former producer who sued Bill O’Reilly for harassment in 2004 and ultimately received a $9 million settlement. In their interview, Dietl told the newspaper that he had an investigator eavesdrop on Mackris’ conversations at an establishment, “in an effort to show she wasn’t under duress from alleged harassment.” Federal authorities are currently looking into Ailes’ use.

Vinyl closes its first season by cutting back and forth between Richie and Zak across a crowded room. It’s meant to remind us that the two men share a few too many secrets, and that the burden of guilt on Richie’s shoulders is far from lifted. It’s also almost completely flat, just like the preceding sequence in which Richie tells his employees and musicians to go nuts and spray-paint the label’s offices. The chaos he unleashes mirrors what he experienced in the pilot at the New York Dolls concert, but here there’s no raw-nerved depiction of the connection between music and listener to land the hullabaloo.
Nor is the stuff those close-ups on Cannavale and Romano are trying to remind us of all that interesting. The mob plot has potential, and in moments like Zak’s shit-smeared shoe abandoned...

The Associated Press reports that private investigator Bo Dietl says Joran should have been arrested after FBI agents recorded a meeting last month in Aruba, during which Joran allegedly extorted money from a Holloway family attorney. In exchange for money, he is said to have provided information about what he claimed happened the night Natalee disappeared, including where she was buried. Two federal agents told the AP that they did not arrest Joran because they were trying to help build a murder case against him in the 5-year-old case. Dietl...

Any number of critics might have some cred when it comes to throwing the penalty flag at a comic who crosses the line into offensive bad taste (as compared to those juvenile exhibitions of bad taste that we all know and cherish, from Mad magazine to Curb Your Enthusiasm), but Mike Lupica of the Daily News isn't that breed of cat. Anyone who has been a personal pal of Don Imus and a regular guest on Imus in the Morning for decades is petty much disqualified from getting all huffy-prissy-frowny beetle-browed ponderific over Wanda Sykes' standup routine at the White House Correspondents' Dinner. Lupica has heard a lot crasser stuff on Imus's show over the years from fellow Imus troupers Bo Dietl, Sid Rosenberg, and Bernard McGirk, and didn't, as I recall, adopt a scolding tone after Imus himself lewded up at a Wash DC press bash in 1996 in...

Between them, producers Martin and Michael Bregman are responsible for such modern urban crime dramas as "Serpico", "Dog Day Afternoon" and "Scarface", so it's easy to see what would attract them to the adventures of former New York cop Bo Dietl.
Unfortunately, "One Tough Cop" is a distinctly pallid entry in the genre, lacking both the star power and the vivid style of those previous efforts. Although the film, which lacks the complexity of a typical episode of "NYPD Blue", may have a decent opening weekend in certain urban markets, significant commercial success is unlikely.
An amusing end credit declares that every character and situation is fictional except for the character of Bo Dietl, but "One Tough Cop" uses as its chief narrative hook a situation inspired by the real life rape and torture of a nun in East Harlem. This event also figured prominently in Abel Ferrara's "Bad Lieutenant".
Stephen Baldwin stars as Dietl, who, along with his hard-drinking, gambler of a partner, Duke Finnerty (Chris Penn), attempts to bring the bad guys to justice, despite the interference of the police brass and FBI forces hogging the case.
To add moral ambiguity to the tale, Dietl uses as his chief source of information his old childhood friend Richie LaCassa (Mike McGlone), now an important mob figure. Richie is under surveillance by the feds, leading to a conflict between Bo and a ruthless pair of federal agents (Amy Irving, Victor Slezak), who threaten him unless he agrees to rat on his buddy. Meanwhile, Duke is in deep hock to a local gambling boss who is not one to forgive debts, even from cops.
To make things even more complicated, Bo becomes romantically involved with a beautiful nightclub hostess (Gina Gershon), with whom Richie has been having an affair. By the time the film is over, several of the leading characters wind up dead, and Bo's career as a cop is in jeopardy.
"One Tough Cop" had all the makings of a fine cop thriller, but Jeremy Iacone's screenplay is a morass of cliches, hoary dialogue, stock situations, and cardboard characters. It's no surprise, considering the film is based on Dietl's own novel, that his character is portrayed as an uncompromising, caring cop who doesn't let rules or conventions interfere with his single-minded pursuit of justice. Whatever the moral ambiguities inherent in the story, they are lightly tossed aside, even though, as it turns out, most of Bo's efforts seem to wind up in people getting killed.
Baldwin cuts a physically striking figure as Bo, but lacks the depth to bring much subtlety to the role. Penn is far more impressive as his fatally flawed partner, although his efforts are undercut by the fact that we've seen him play this sort of character many times before. McGlone, who here resembles John Gotti Jr., doesn't provide much nuance to his role, and Gershon is equally wan.
The director, Bruno Barreto, who has done so much better work in previous films, also didn't do his wife, Amy Irving, a favor by letting her play a gutter-mouthed Fed; her scenes come across as unintentional parody.
