Jean Doumanian, American television and film producer, was born in Chicago on July 28, 1936. She had two older siblings, James and Elaine.
Doumanian produced/executive produced eight films written and directed by
Woody Allen:
Bullets Over Broadway (1994),
Don't Drink the Water (1994),
Mighty Aphrodite (1995),
Everyone Says I Love You (1996),
Deconstructing Harry (1997),
Celebrity (1998),
Sweet and Lowdown (1999), and
Small Time Crooks (2000). She also produced
Wild Man Blues (1997), a documentary on Woody Allen and the Eddy New Orleans Jazz Band, as well as such other films as
The Spanish Prisoner (1997) and
August: Osage County (2013).
