In the golden age of television, the New York Television Festival is quickly becoming the place to find the next crown jewel. Now in its 12th year, the festival continues to grow each year both in scope and prestige, boasting a record number of submissions, artists, and industry participation.
“It’s taken us a couple of years to get to this point, but we’re hitting our stride at a time where there is great creativity in TV and digital,” said Nytvf Founder and Executive Director Terence Gray, surveying the room bustling with pitch meetings on plush couches. “It’s fun, you see these incredibly talented people that are being given a shot to sit down with agents and managers and executives.”

So many television reunions took place at the Atx Television Festival over the weekend, with a very special one coming from the cast of American Dreams! The series abruptly ended back in 2005, but luckily fans got the chance to see the cast reunite during their panel. Not to mention, the audience finally got to check out (for the first time ever!) the ending of the series! In a huge surprise, fans got the extra treat in watching how Meg and the rest of the Pryor family turned out with the never-before-seen 10-minute footage.
So, what would the finale have looked like? Taking place three years later, Meg (Brittany Snow) returns after running off with Chris (Milo Ventimiglia) and reveals she'll be attending Woodstock with Sam (Arlen Escarpeta) and (Roxanne (Vanessa Lengies), who just so happens to be married to Luke (Jamie Elman) with a kid in New York.
But the tears come a bit later.

When the "American Dreams" cast and producers reunited at the Atx Television Festival on Sunday in Austin, Texas, loyal fans were treated to the unaired but long-rumored "epilogue" to the series finale, which showed where Meg Pryor (Brittany Snow) and her beloved family should've ended up when the show was abruptly cancelled after Season 3.
"American Dreams" creator Jonathan Prince admitted that the brief scenes showed how the writers would've ended the series had they been given the money or time to film one more episode, but since they hadn't, they had to film it while they wrapped up the finale without going overbudget. "We showed it to ourselves ... it's raw. The editor's talking instead of an actor -- that's what makes it beautiful. It's just our little present to ourselves," Prince explained, telling fans that many members of the cast hadn't even seen it, and only Snow, Tom Verica and...

Yes, it's a 16th poster addition for Disney's animated Wreck-It Ralph starring John C. Reilly, Jack McBrayer, Sarah Silverman and Jane Lynch. It seems that I spoke to soon about poster 15 being probably the last poster for Wreck-It Ralph. With now just 2 days to go until release of November 2nd, 2012, can it be we'll get yet another onesheet? This new Latin onesheet is very slick for the Rich Moore film which also includes Jamie Elman, Brandon T. Jackson, Stefanie Scott, Scott Menville, Jack Angel, Jamie Elman, George Kotsiopoulos and Gerard C. Rivers. The story tells of Ralph (voice of John C. Reilly) who is tired of being overshadowed by Fix-It Felix (voice of Jack McBrayer), the “good guy” star of their game who always gets to save the day. But after decades doing the same thing andseeing all the glory go to Felix, Ralph decides he’s tired of playing...

Check out this newest posters for the upcoming animated feature Wreck-It Ralph which have been released online.
The film finds the title character (voiced by John C. Reilly) sick and tired of his repetitive, unrewarding gig as the villain of 8-bit arcade platform game Fix It Felix Jr. Day after day for years, he’s been destroying buildings, much to the disgust of the tenants, and has been rejected by all in favour of the hero, Felix (Jack McBrayer).
So Ralph decides to jump from his game to others, including first-person shooter Hero’s Duty and racing game Sugar Rush, to see if he can finally become the champion he thinks he could be. Along the way, he finds a possible new friend in fellow outcast Vanellope von Schweetz (Sarah Silverman) and learns there are worse things lurking in the arcade than low self-esteem.

First poster for Disney's Wreck-It Ralph, starring John C. Reilly, Jane Lynch, Jack McBrayer, Sarah Silverman, Jamie Elman. In the movie, Wreck-It Ralph (voice of Reilly) longs to be as beloved as his game's perfect Good Guy, Fix-It Felix (voice of McBrayer). Problem is, nobody loves a Bad Guy. But they do love heroes... so when a modern, first-person shooter game arrives featuring tough-as-nails Sergeant Calhoun (voice of Lynch), Ralph sees it as his ticket to heroism and happiness. He sneaks into the game with a simple plan -- win a medal -- but soon wrecks everything, and accidentally unleashes a deadly enemy that threatens every game in the arcade. Ralph's only hope? Vanellope von Schweetz (voice of Silverman), a young troublemaking "glitch" from a candy-coated cart racing game who might just be the one to teach Ralph what it means to be a Good Guy. But will he realize...

You know, I can’t tell if Zach LeBeau’s “The Scientist” is a horror movie dressed up as sci-fi, or a drama dressed up as sci-fi, or if it is indeed a sci-fi concoction. Regardless of what it truly is, the trailer and clip (via Apple) have intrigued me. LeBeau has a pretty interesting resume himself. According to IMDb, “The Scientist” is his feature-film debut, but before that he was an actor on a couple of “Star Trek: Voyager” episodes. The Scientist follows a brilliant physicist, Dr. Marcus Ryan (Bill Sage), who anguishes over the tragic death of his wife and daughter while secretly constructing a mysterious energy generator in his basement. The multi—dimensional energy unleashed by the machine triggers a series of events that propels Ryan toward a higher level of consciousness. Starring Bill Sage, Adam LeFevre, Jamie Elman, Brittany Benjamin, Daniela Lavender, and directed by Zach LeBeau.
