- A noted theatrical actress and director. First on stage at the Hoftheater in Munich from 1890 and subsequently a key ensemble member of Max Reinhardt's at the Deutsche Theater, where she also taught courses in drama. Acted in several films of the 1920's, often in vampish roles.
