Nino Ferrer was born on August 15, 1934 in Genoa, Liguria, Italy. He was an actor and composer, known for The Dreamers (2003), High Heels (1991) and The African Doctor (2016). He was married to Kinou. He died on August 13, 1998 in Montcuq, Lot, France.
A popular French singer for three decades, Ferrer gave up music to
devote himself to painting.

and Arthur.
Although he lived in France from 1947 up to his death, and enjoyed a
wider popularity in this country than in Italy, he didn't obtain French

In 1976, he moved into a 15th century fortress at Lataillade in the
Quercy region of France, where he installed a recording a studio.
