- He and Billy Burke moved with their families from Bellingham, Washington to Seattle in the summer of 1984, where they befriended Jeffrey Dean Morgan at an underage Seattle Nightclub called, "Skoochies", and have all been the best of friends since.
- Was second in line behind Josh Brolin for the role of "Shane", a troubled teen wrestler, in the "Disney Channel" movie "Spooner" when Brolin broke his knee, landing Brent in the athletic role.

Both tests were taken at the behest of the admissions department for entrance to The University of North Carolina School of the Arts, because the process of being accepted and then soon leaving the best professional actor's training program behind Juilliard was a very upsetting chain of events for his PhD Educator mother.

- Engaged to Sheryl Lee in 1987, Roxana Zal in 1997, and Melanie Random, daughter of Dr. David Viscott, in 2003. He's also been romantically linked to Perrey Reeves, Alyssa Milano, Carmen Squire, Maya McLaughlin, Ana Debasa, Alicia Coppola, Brenda Price, Eliza Roberts, and Talent Manager Michelle Benedetti.
- In 1881, on Culloden Moor, Scotland, his seven foot tall great-great Grandfather, Alastdare William Fraser, won an open contest for the title "Strongest Man in Scotland", held for the 136th anniversary of the Battle of Culloden, on the same famous site of the last battle fought on British soil.
- His first home was in his family owned cottage on the grounds of Cladach House, the Fraser Estate, in Manchester, Washington. Cladach means "rocky beach" in Scottish Gaelic. It sits high on a bluff and looks east across the Puget Sound, to Seattle. Cladach cottage was an early 20th century seven bedroom, cut stone structure. Originally built by the Pittock family of the Crown Columbia Paper company, which went on to become Crown-Zellerbach. The Frasers and Nobles acquired it through paper milling contracts. It had mahogany wainscoting and high ceilings, thick oak doors, colossal closets and mantled fireplaces, with impressive relief sculpture of the Fraser Coat of Arms over the hearths of the fireplaces, even the kitchen, overseeing nearly all meals, "en famille" as the French saying goes.
- He has been both a Chef and a Snow Skier since age 4.
- Won an essay contest in the fourth grade (1977), to name his school, Ferndale, Washington's "Central Elementary" mascot the "Panthers", and they remain the "Central Elementary Panthers" to this day.
- His music career was handled for a number of years in the nineties by Pier Forlani, father of Actress Claire Forlani, a close long time friend.
- First met future Fiance, Sheryl Lee while studying acting at North Carolina School of the Arts summer quarter, 1986, and studied with her after they were engaged in Seattle, in 1987-1988, at the Private Actor's Studio of Mark Jenkins, now head of the "University of Washington Professional Actor Training Program".
- He and Billy Burke were first introduced to each other in the winter of 1979, when they were 12 years old, by Brent's sister Carmen Fraser, in the Bellingham, Washington Sears parking lot, waiting to board the weekend "Jaycee Ski Bus". They became an inseparable duo in while attending Sehome High School.
- Ex-fiance Sheryl Lee also starred with him in two of his first non-union film jobs in Seattle; "The Can" (1994), written and directed in 1988 by David Schendel, and "He's No Hero" with Tim Streeter and Jim Hechim, an educational, "anti teen pregnancy" film directed by Michael Davison for "Intermedia, Inc" (1987).
- Through his friend/Manager, Eliza Roberts, in 1989, he met long time pals Peter Dobson, Damon Martin (who eventually played bass guitar in two of Brent's bands), and Sasha Jenson, with whom he became neighbors, then roommates for the course of 5 years or so. - He followed the trail of his last independent film, produced in The Philippines, starring in the role of "William", in "Tall as Trees" (2008), written, directed and produced by Gil Ponce, with volunteer work in raising public awareness of the severity of the "street kids" epidemic in that country. - Brent's Great-Great Grandfather Alastdare William Fraser and Sons Robert and Charles were Free Masons and Railway, Road and Bridge Contractors, who helped build the Forth Rail Bridge, in Edinburgh, Scotland, and the immense Great Northern Railroad from America's east to its west coast, and were Masons on the Panama Canal. They were among the first Washington Timber families, and early settlers of the city of Seattle, developing new directions in business in Paper, Shipping, US Customs and the Maritime Industry. His grandfather, Robert Noble Fraser was a 30 year lead-Man Ship-Wright for the Port of Bremerton.
- In his extended family tree, on his Fraser side, his bloodlines are traceable to the 11th century in Scotland, and bear the figures such as Knights, Sir Simon Fraser, who came to Scotland with "William the Conqueror", and Sir Simon, "The Patriot", who fought for Scottish independence along side William Wallace and suffered the same execution one week later, and Alexander Fraser, Chamberlain of Scotland under Robert The Bruce, who also fought with Wallace.
- On his Mother's side, between the Ancestral names, Hodge, in New Jersey/Pennsylvania, Newkirk/Nieukirck, in New York State (Historic Newkirk House and Newkirk's Mills), and Tate in Virginia, and their extended bloodlines, you would find Mayflower Descendants, founders of the Dutch Reformed Lutheran Church in the early American Colonies in the mid 17th Century. Newkirk means New Church, Daughters and Sons of the Revolution, and America's longest serving Soldier in its history, Grand Old Man of the Army, General Winfield Scott, aka Old Fuss and Feathers (June 13, 1786 - May 29, 1866), who served on active duty as a general longer than any other man in American History, conceiving the Union strategy known as the Anaconda Plan, that would be used to defeat the Confederacy, the historical event from which we get the exclamation "Great Scott"!. He served as Commanding General of the United States Army for 20 years, longer than any other holder of the office. A National Hero after the Mexican-American War, he served as Military Governor of Mexico City. Such was his stature that, in 1852, the United States Whig Party passed over its own incumbent President of the United States, Millard Fillmore, to nominate Scott in the United States presidential election. Scott received a brevet promotion in 1856, to the rank of lieutenant general, becoming the first American since George Washington to hold that rank.
- He's a lifetime member of the Clan Fraser Association for California, established by his elders, Robert William Fraser and R. James Fraser in 1961, under Official Charter by the late Simon Fraser, 17th Lord Lovat, aka Simon Christopher Joseph Fraser, Chief of Clan Fraser of Lovat, and bold WWII Lovat Commandos Hero. The association enjoyed the honorable membership of Charlton Heston and his family, whose mother was a Fraser. Brent is also a 21 year Fellow in good standing of The Society of Antiquaries of Scotland, The St Andrew's Societies of Los Angeles and Seattle, and a not very diligent student of Scottish Gaelic.
- He lives in Winslow, Bainbridge Island, Washington, still doing publicity & promotion for Arts & Humanitarian causes, with his little love Ellie, a Maltipoo who's his only true love for 3 years on, now. In 2021 he returned to live in Kitsap County, WA, where the roots of his family trees run deep and strong, to care for his mother in her advancing dementia. His works diligently on his autobiographical memoir, "My Highland Heart", a historical tell all dedicated to his family, and the centuries saga of their timeless and eternal contributions to his life, and many others, and began his road to redemption, recovery and restitution for harms remorsefully caused in the world.
- He plays a number of musical instruments including guitar, piano, bass, drums, violin, harmonica, and bagpipes at novice level.
- He began working with Opera Instructor, 'Mara Baygulova', to prepare for his audition for the role of Anthony Corleone in The Godfather III, for 'Francis Ford Coppola' and 'Fred Roos', and though the role was given to massively accomplished live stage vocalist, 'Franc D'Ambrosio', Fraser went on to study Opera for 3 years with Ms. Baygulova.
- He and attorney Matthew S. Pappas, Esq., are co-founders of SLC & NHC Ministries Worldwide, having achieved unprecedented court history for Entheogenic Religions through the defense of Pappas, having been close since the age of 10. Together they've amassed impressive amounts of press as a "dynamic duo" in the arenas of religion and law.
- He does substantial philanthropic, charitable and volunteer work for SLC & NHC Ministries Worldwide, and serves as a counselor for people in recovery from addiction, childhood sexual trauma, and emotional abuse on a volunteer basis, having developed a specific approach to self and spiritual development for balancing emotional sobriety and freedom within.
- His Great Grandfather, Robert Gordon Fraser (also Brent's Father's name) established the "Seattle Paper Company" and the "Seattle Bagpipe Band". He had served as President of the "Seattle Caledonian Society", and "St. Andrews Society" on and off throughout his life, and was an active Fellow of the "Society of Antiquaries of Scotland" and the "Order of Scottish Clans". He was President of the "Seattle Men's Credit Association" and President of the "Seattle Chamber of Commerce". He was President of the "Seattle Sales Manager's Association". Robert Gordon Fraser and Brent's other Great Grandfather, Mark "Noble Daddy" Noble, were heads of the first Washington settler families to acquire timber culture certificates, with which they cultivated fir trees, popularizing for us the two most popular Christmas trees known today; the "Fraser Fir", and the "Noble Fir". Robert Gordon Fraser was also a philanthropist, and devoted to serving the Seattle community of which he was such a large part. He had worked diligently for years at providing football uniforms and equipment to form a Seattle Schools' "Light" Junior Varsity teams, for boys not heavy enough to play on the regular Varsity teams, by going from business to business and house to house, collecting the necessary funds from associates and friends. He consigned the both his Freemasonic Lodges in Seattle and Spokane as well as the Seattle Odd Fellows Lodge. The result of all his work, service and philanthropy, was that when his funeral occurred there was a tremendous mass of Seattle residents paying homage and gratitude. The funeral Cortege that went from the mortuary to the cemetery was over a mile and a half long.
- Brent's friend Billy Burke was originally meant to star in the role of "The Drifter", in "Dead & Breakfast" (2004), but he was offered a role in the film "Ladder 49" and had to take it. So, he suggested to the director that Brent would be a good choice to replace him, and that is how the role of "The Drifter" was re-cast.
- The great Canadian Explorer, Simon Fraser, Botanist Luther Burbank, Outlaw Clyde Barrow, and General Winfield Scott are all in his direct or extended family tree.
- Brent David Fraser was born on February 21, a birthday shared with his great, great Grandfather Alastdare William Fraser.
