Warning: Major spoilers ahead for It Chapter Two!
It Chapter Two, the highly anticipated sequel to 2017's remake of It, is here and ready to scare our clown noses right off. Directed by Andy Muschietti, the sequel leaps 27 years after the first movie ends and finds the Losers all grown up and living their own lives until they're drawn back to Derry to defeat Pennywise the Dancing Clown (Bill Skarsgard) once and for all. All grown up, Bill (James McAvoy), Beverly (Jessica Chastain), Eddie (James Ransone), Stanley (Andy Bean), Richie (Bill Hader), Ben (Jay Ryan), and Mike (Isaiah Mustafa) have been away from the town for so long that most barely remember their childhoods . . . except for Mike and Stanley, who becomes so frightened by the prospect of facing Pennywise that he commits suicide.
While diehard fans of the novel and the previous adaptations may find many similarities and the movie...

Troma has picked up the Bob Gray’s 2006 Sasquatchploitation flick, Bigfoot. The film will be released on DVD March 30 with a “different, improved upon cut” than one that was screened prior to its release. The distribution comes after a now defunct company left it hanging for several years. Bigfoot tells the tale of a single dad who returns to his hometown only to find an angry Sasquatch slaughtering everything in its path. You can check out Bob Gray’s acting chops in the film, which actually attempts to explore some serious topics, particularly deforestation. Check out the trailer for Bigfoot over here [...]

Bob Gray's Bigfoot was actually one of the very first of the new wave of Sasquatchploitation flicks back when I got an advance look at the film in late 2005. Thanks to a snafu with another distribution company, Bigfoot is only now getting its long overdue DVD release nearly five years later and after a myriad of other killer Sasquatch flicks have come and gone.
Bigfoot (review here) tells the tale of a single dad returning to his small hometown of Mentor, Ohio, just in time for an angry Sasquatch creature to begin leaving behind a trail of dead animals and human corpses. It's not a bad little movie, as you can tell from reading my review, certainly better than some of the killer Bigfoots to have come along since. Writer-director-producer-costar Bob Gray has told me that the DVD release will be a different, improved upon cut than the one...
