Rumors regarding The Hangover star Bradley Cooper’s possible casting as the evil Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot, Man of Steel, are growing rapidly. According to both AceShowbiz and reports coming from Cosmic Book News, Cooper may take on the role of the bald nemesis of Superman in a short screen appearance, since actor Adam Harris is no longer a candidate. However, very few know what is actually true when it comes to the plot of Man of Steel, and what official villains will actually be appearing. With the exception of Michael Shannon as Zod, director Zack Snyder has kept details for the forthcoming movie tightly under wraps. While...

We already know that General Zod is the main villain in Zack Snyder's upcoming "Superman" reboot, called "Man of Steel." But now comes word that Bradley Cooper (The Hangover) has been cast as another villain in the film, a role that Adam Harris was previously rumored for. Spoilers Ahead: Cbn has learned that Cooper will appear as Lex Luthor in a cameo role in "Man of Steel." For now this should be considered a rumor, mostly because Snyder has gone on record several times stating that he wants the movie to go in a different direction and bringing back Luthor may be considered as more of the same. The first draft of the script has Luthor forcing the Kryptonians (Jor-El, Zod, Faora) through a Phantom Zone portal using Kryptonite in the final battle. He then considers forcing Superman through as well, but relents. Click here to read more about "Man of Steel.

Billy Zane. That's right, apparently nearly 40% of you believe that that man would have the chops to pull of Lex Luthor. And just over 20% of you think it should be Smallville's Michael Rosenbaum. Ok, I just make the polls, you guys decide em. John Hamm came in third with 7%. Here are the full results.. Billy Zane 735 Votes (34.59%) Adam Harris 57 Votes (2.68%) Ed Harris 128 Votes (6.02%) Michael Rosenbaum 437 Votes (20.56%) Ryan Gosling 66 Votes (3.11%) Clancy Brown 111 Votes (5.22%) Michael Keaton 81 Votes (3.81%) Jon Hamm 162 Votes (7.62%) Daniel Craig 105 Votes (4.94%) Other 243 Votes (11.44%) Still no word on who might be in the running to play Lex in Man Of Steel, or, if he is even definitely a part of it! We've heard a few rumors surrounding the character of Lana Lang in 'Man of Steel' and now it's looking like we might have a possible frontrunner for the character, if recent reports are to believed, Lana Lang Will be in the movie, but it will only be a small role. My source e-mailed me this morning with some information saying that model Jennifer Kendall is one of the front-runners to play Lana Lang in Man of Steel. Along with the information I was e-mailed, actor Adam Harris who is rumored to be up for the role of Lex Luthor in the film, just tweeted that he was out with the model. We've heard before that Lana will appear in a small role. And here's the information I was sent: This information comes from the same source I've been getting information from and so far, they have not led...

It seems that Lex Luthor is the final "big" character to be cast in WB and Zack Snyder's Superman reboot. Now we haven't had any Official word that Luthor will even appear in the movie but I'd say it's a pretty safe bet. But who best to play him? The only name to have surfaced in connection with the role is relatively unknown actor Adam Harris. He has been actively campaigning for the part and is rumored to have actually been seen by Snyder and WB but that hasn't been confirmed. Other than that? Not a soul. It would appear that if the bald bastard is going to be in the movie that any kind of shortlist is being kept very hush hush. But with shooting expected to begin fairly soon and the rest of the main roles filled it shouldn't be too long before we get an announcement.

This past month there has certainly been no shortage of rumors surrounding Zack Snyder's upcoming movie 'Man of Steel'. Rumors have ranged from filming in Canada, Lindsay Lohan being up for a role, Edgar Ramirez, and most recently, the relatively unknown actor Adam Harris auditioning for the role of Lex Luthor. Now I have gotten my hands on a few more pieces of information for you guys from my source regarding the production about Lex Corp in Chicago, those Lindsay Lohan rumors, and more on Adam Harris. I've been in contact with this source for a little while now and they've yet to say/do anything that would make me think they are unreliable but regardless, take the rumors however you wish. - Lindsay Lohan never audtioned for any role with Superman. - Adam Harris audtioned and has two callbacks with readings with Henry Cavill and Amy Adams.

Many of you will remember a couple weeks ago we posted the story claiming that the relatively unknown actor Adam Harris was in the running for Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's upcoming movie 'Man of Steel'. The report even went so far as to claim that he has met with Snyder and had gone through a couple stages of auditioning already. Earlier today I received an e-mail containing these images that are supposedly from a recent photoshoot that Adam Harris was apart of for the role. However it remains to be seen whether these are from an official cast shoot, or just something the actor put together himself trying to campaign for the role. These are definitely new pictures because as many of you will remember when the first story broke that it was nearly impossible to find any pictures of the actor. I'll leave it up...

RadarOnline recently reported that Adam Harris (pictured) has auditioned for the role of Lex Luthor in upcoming "Superman" reboot several times and will be reading with Lindsay Lohan, who will be auditioning for another villain role. Ybmw has now reached out to Harris' representatives, who confirmed that the actor has gone through two levels of auditions for "Superman." The rep couldn't, however, confirm whether one of his auditions was with Lohan or whether the actress is up for a villain role. Despite this confirmation, everything should still be considered a rumor until the story comes from Warner Bros. There's a chance that Luthor may still not appear in the film, and if he does, he may not be the main villain. Stay tuned. Click here to read more about "Superman."...

We were subject to yet another rumor regarding the villains for Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot, which involved an unknown Actor Adam Harris and the already rumored Lindsay Lohan (here). The rumor about Harris auditioning for the role of Lex Luthor has apparently been confirmed (here), but what about Lindsay Lohan? Rumor is now getting around that role could be for Luthor’s sidekick Miss Teschmacher. Where did this rumor come from? None other than Howard Stern (via Eltorlatino’s Twitter).
This is still a rumor, and it would be smart to wait from either Zack Snyder or Warner Bros. regarding anything about this film. Having said that, we have heard word the film was to cast two females in the film: the love interest and a villain (here). Amy Adams was recently announced as Lois Lane (here), and that leaves only the villainess left. It was rumored to be Ursa,...

Those hoping for a Luthor-less Superman film are out of luck today as it seems the character has been confirmed for the film. Unknown Actor Adam Harris was recently rumored for the role (here), and it seems that his representatives have now confirmed (via You Bent My Wookie) Harris has auditioned for the role. Many were hoping to not see Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder’s Superman reboot, but I think Luthor needs to be in the film. However, not as the primary villain. As for those rumors about Lindsay Lohan, that’s still yet to be confirmed or denied.

Apparently Lindsay Lohan doesn't mind being typecast. The scandal-plagued "Mean Girls" star and alleged jewel thief is looking to play a villainess in Zack Snyder's upcoming "Superman" reboot.
RadarOnline reports that the tough-as-kryptonite actress is heading to New York this week and plans to audition opposite a male actor who is being considered for the role of Lex Luthor, the Man of Steel's archenemy.
"Lindsay said she would be ecstatic to be part of the Superman movie," her pal Nathan Folks told RadarOnline. "It's a dream of hers."
Actually, playing leading lady Lois Lane was a dream of hers, according to the site, but that part went to Amy Adams so Lohan settled for the lesser, evil role. She'll reportedly read with Luthor wannabe Adam Harris, and it's believed they'll be teamed up on screen to deliver a Superman smackdown.

Will Zack Snyder be guiding the Superman reboot after all? Plus, we’ve got a supposed synopsis, villain rumours, and Lindsay Lohan…
You don't have to look far to discover that the critical response to Zack Snyder's latest film, Sucker Punch, has veered on the side of brutal. Reviews have been highly critical, and our own is pretty much included in that. More worrying for Warner Bros, though, is the fact that Sucker Punch's box office take isn't particularly high. Its worldwide returns at the time of writing is $50m, having seen its second weekend haul in the Us drop by nearly 70%.
And this, if you believe some, could have consequences. For, off the back of the similarly underperforming Legends Of The Guardians: The Owls Of Ga'Hoole, the speculators are at work. The theory of the moment? That this pair of commercial underperformers has put Zack Snyder's...

About two months ago, we heard that that Lindsay Lohan's representative have had multiple phone conversations with Warner Bros for the actress to play a major character (not Lois Lane) in the upcoming "Superman" reboot. RadarOnline has now learned that Lohan will get to test in front of producers. "Lindsay plans to return from New York on Wednesday and meet with producers and read with an actor who is up for the role of Lex Luthor," said a source, adding that she is auditioning for a villain role. It's not surprising that Lex Luthor would be involved in the film, since he's a major franchise villain. Snyder has been dodging questions about Luthor, stating that he wouldn't comment whether the villain will make an appearance. But RadarOnline says that not only is Lex Luthor in the movie, but he may be played by Adam Harris, who has auditioned for the role multiple times.

RadarOnline.com has learned fledgling actor Adam Harris, who bears a striking resemblance to Luther, is in the mix and has auditioned multiple times for producers.Harris is scheduled to join Lohan for the read, suggesting the pair could be teamed together as villains.”
Interesting to say the least, but I’m sure this rumor will be shot down soon. Thoughts?...
