Her last name was actually pronounced "Hahworth" but Americans simply couldn't get it right and she finally accepted it being pronounced "Hayworth" in the US.
She died of natural causes in January 2011, at 65 years of age. She had done a voice-over several days previously for the New York City YMCA.
