- Mike Hodge was born on February 24, 1947 in McComas, West Virginia, USA. He was an actor, known for To Wong Foo, Thanks for Everything! Julie Newmar (1995), Brawl in Cell Block 99 (2017) and Striking Distance (1993). He died on September 9, 2017.
- He attended West Virginia University, where he was one of the first black students in the School of Journalism. After earning a BA in journalism with a minor in theater, he worked for the Washington Post. He continued his studies at the DC Black Repertory Theater.
