Kart racers are a staple of wholesome, family gaming; the Mario Kart series is proof enough of that. But what if the beloved mascots, who so frequently populate the genre, were replaced with violent, gun-toting pensioners hell-bent on saving their souls by rampaging through the town on their pimped up mobility scooters? Such is the premise of Coffin Dodgers.
The anarchic racer was previously released on the Steam Store back in July for PC and is now set to make its way onto Xbox One and PlayStation 4 in the first quarter of 2016.
The game defines itself by being filled with irreverent dark humour, which becomes extremely apparent by just looking at the title. Taking the name Coffin Dodgers quite literally, the game sees its hectic seniors having to outrun the Grim Reaper as well as his undead minions. This certainly isn’t your typical Sunday drive around the neighbourhood.

Viewers were not impressed by actor's performance, calling him 'little better than a stumbling moron'. He blames jetlag

Bruce Willis has apologised for a "boring" interview on the BBC's The One Show, blaming jetlag for appearing listless and disinterested while promoting the latest film in the Die Hard series last week.
Willis was introduced with a dramatic fanfare by the magazine show's hosts Matt Baker and Alex Jones but struggled to work up much enthusiasm in response. The interviewers invited him to comment on the real-life asteroid currently threatening to pass close to the Earth in a reference to Willis's planet-saving exploits in 1998's Armageddon. The Hollywood star was apparently unimpressed. The pair even posed for a Die Hard-style mock-up poster, carrying plastic guns and wearing white vests, but Willis remained non-plussed.

Jon Holmes has insisted he will only play music that he likes on the brand new Xfm Breakfast Show. The comedian and broadcaster, who started hosting the coveted slot today, explained that he is looking forward to playing songs that he enjoys. Holmes exclusively told Digital Spy: "The reason I'm excited to start at Xfm is that they aren't afraid of their own shadow. It's okay to stir things up a bit. "The best bit is that I can play exactly the music I like, so I won't have to play Michael Kiwanuka just because the BBC told me to and pretend to enjoy it." Asked if he was nervous about taking over from previous host Danny Wallace, he admitted: "Of course, especially as I tend to make things up as I go along. How could I have said no to it though? The Breakfast Show is the stuff of legends.

TV presenter and DJ Jon Holmes has been announced as the host of Xfm's brand new Breakfast Show. Holmes will begin presenting the 6-10am slot from Monday, January 7, 2013. "Xfm has always been the go-to station for enormous indie music, funny, irreverent broadcasting and the best ballsy entertainment on the radio," he said in a statement. "The Xfm Breakfast Show is the stuff of legend, and this is where we take it to the next level (which, in accordance with council regulations, has both steps and a ramp)." The station's managing editor Chris Baughen added: "As well as being a multi-award winning comedy writer Jon is also one of the UK's most experienced radio broadcasters and we can't wait to welcome him to the Xfm family. Sean 'Diddy' Combs, Freddie Mercury and Keith Richards are among a long list of stars whose bizarre behaviour features in upcoming tell-all book Rock Star Babylon.
The book, slated for release in July, recounts some of the stars' most embarrassing moments - compiled by author Jon Holmes.
A publishing insider calls the book a "take-no-prisoners tell-all".
He tells The National Enquirer, "Holmes writes that rap honcho Sean Combs dropped his nickname 'Puff Daddy' because he was sick of the snickers he received - the Brits consider 'puff' a term for homosexual.
"Freddie (Mercury) once hired some dwarves to carry silver platters of cocaine 'above their tiny heads'.
"Holmes writes that the little servants were also required to be bare-chested an were forced to wear leather chaps and studded collars."...
