The Nantucket Film Festival's board of directors announced Thursday that Mystelle Brabbee, who has served for the last decade as the festival's artistic director, will next year assume the role of festival director. "Mystelle Brabbee has been the creative spark behind sixteen successful festivals and has earned this opportunity," said board chair Kathleen Matthews, referring to the additional six years Brabbee spent as film program director.
