Dave Madden, best known for playing band manager Reuben Kincaid on The Partridge Family, died Thursday at the age of 82. His niece Mary Frances Miller tells the Associated Press that he passed away at a hospice center near his home in the Jacksonville, Fla., area. Congestive heart and kidney failure was the cause, his former agent tellsTMZ. Madden's character on the hit '70s TV show shared a lot of scenes with former child star Danny Bonaduce, who paid tribute to his close friend and costar on Twitter. "Dave Madden was a great guy & like family to me," he wrote.
