- Gerardo Moscoso was born on February 24, 1945. He was an actor, known for Desperado (1995), The Mask of Zorro (1998) and Cronos (1992). He died on May 23, 2021 in Torreón, Coahuila, Mexico.
- Moscoso is a gynecologist, but started working in the movie industry when Mexican actor Mario Moreno, aka Cantinflas, invited him to be the crew doctor. Then started doing some small works acting as a doctor first and then some other characters.
- Gerardo and his partner were the first couple in the city of Torreón, in the Mexican State of Coahuila, to sign a Solidarity Civil Pact as a gay couple, which is equivalent to a civil union. Their union was widely covered in the media.
- Gerardo Moscoso went to the University and became a doctor in Spain. There he formed with other Galician singers and musicians the project called "Voces Ceibes". Moscoso was jailed in Spain for his thoughts and had to scape to Switzerland and then because of immigration issues had to go back to his home country.
