The biopic will release on the streamer on Friday, April 12, in the U.S. and Canada. The film’s international availability will be announced at a later date. It will also be available on MGM+.
‘Bob Marley: One Love’ surpassed expectations at the box office when it opened mid-week in February for Valentine’s Day. It’s opening weekend stood at $28.6 million, and it’s surpassed $175 million at the worldwide box office so far.

Rising reggae star Sevana released her latest single “Keep Going (Chosen),” on Friday, marking the Jamaican singer’s first song release of 2024.

Decades after she and Rita Marley toured with Bob Marley, Marcia Griffiths still does a good impression of the woman she calls Sister Rita marching into her late husband’s dressing room after a show. “’Come on, come on — time to go!’” Griffiths says with a laugh, slapping her hands together to imitate Marley’s efficient manner. “She was responsible for making sure Bob was Ok and that he was taken care of.
