Eron Otcasek was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He is an actor and musician, who has released his first full length album in 2022 called "Take Backs". Eron moved to New York City in the late 90's, took classes at New York Film Academy and graduated New York University with a B.A. in film and television. Eron began an acting career that has led him to lead roles in both the Bollywood movie Inscrutable Americans (1999), and the lead role in the film
Roomates (2001), directed by
Paulina Porizkova and co-staring
Griffin Dunne and
Jim Jarmusch. Since then, his film roles have varied from a "street punk" in the 2003 Tribeca film festival hit
Wholey Moses (2003) (starring
Linda Hamilton) to a runaway with an anger management problem in the upcoming short "Who Is Don Berdi?". Eron can also be seen in the blockbuster hits
School of Rock (2003) and
13 Going on 30 (2004). Eron directed the documentary for the rock group, "The Cars" His television credits include a guest appearance on
Law & Order (1990) and a lead role on the 2nd ever episode of
Barry Levinson's
The Jury (2004).
