Is it over for Madonna and Guy Ritchie? British papers report that the singer has consulted with a divorce lawyer. According to the U.K.'s The Times and the Daily Mirror, Madonna is talking to Fiona Shackleton, who represented Paul McCartney in his contentious divorce from Heather Mills. Shackleton was also Prince Charles's lawyer in his divorce from Princess Diana. A representative from Shackleton's firm would not confirm that Madonna had visited the high-profile divorce lawyer. Madonna's publicist, Liz Rosenberg, says she has "no comment at this time." A source close to Madonna, 49, says "there's been no [divorce] filing yet.

Army officer Prince Harry is back on the London scene with girlfriend Chelsy Davy. The pair enjoyed a night out Tuesday – three days after being reunited at his country home when he jetted back from serving in the war in Afghanistan. Pictures in British papers on Thursday show Harry, 23, and Davy, 23, leaving a friend's home in London's Chelsea neighborhood before reportedly heading back to his home, Clarence House. Following Harry's return from duty on March 1, the couple, who briefly split last November, got together at Highgrove, in Tetbury Gloucestershire after Davy had driven the 185 miles south from Leeds. (She is a postgraduate law student there.
