Quine was married to the former Judith Balaban, author of "The
Bridesmaids", about her friendship with Princess Grace of Monaco. The
Quines also founded and ran the Professional Karate Association.
He was a guest at the 2012 Memphis Film Festival's "A Gathering of Guns 4: A TV Western Reunion" at the Whispering Woods Hotel and Conference Center in Olive Branch, Mississippi.
Studied at the American Theatre Wing with Stella Adler and John Stix, before landing the role of Tom Stark in Robert Penn Warren's Off-Broadway premiere of All the King's Men at the East 74th Street Theater in 1959. It was here that he was spotted by an agent and offered work in Hollywood.
