Several films have been added to the list of films submitted for consideration at the 2014 Oscars in the Best Foreign Language Film category since I last updated the page and today a total of 32 films make the list with a couple of interesting and notable entries. To begin we have Haifaa al-Mansour's Wadjda serving as the first film to ever be submitted from Saudi Arabia and it just so happens it's also the first film in the country to be directed by a woman. There's also the interesting French submission of Renoir as they very well could have submit any one of Francois Ozon's latest features or even Asghar Farhadi's The Past, the latter, of course, would have been a surprise considering while the film is a largely French production, Farhadi not being a French director makes it a less likely submission.
