- Named after his great-grandfather, grandfather and father.
- Has a younger brother Sjoerd Rooseboom who plays drums and keyboard, born on January 23, 1997.

- Auditioned for the role of 'Spijker' in Little Crumb (1999) which eventually went to Gilles van Welzen.
- Replaced Tom Kuipers to play the role of 'Kees Dijkstra' in Kameleon 2 (2005) and reprised the role one more time in 2018 to appear alongside Owen Kaat (his successor) in a special promo video for Kameleon de serie (2018).
- In 2019, he was a guest filmmaker at John de Mol's real life soap Utopia (2014) to perform a lip dub with the inhabitants.
