Joseph Rouleau was born on February 28, 1929 in Matane, Québec, Canada. He was an actor, known for Marathon Man (1976), Folio (1955) and Au pays de Zom (1983). He was married to Renee. He died on July 12, 2019 in Montréal, Québec, Canada.
Operatic bass who sang for 20 years at Covent Garden. He was music teacher at UQAM from 1980 and received many honors.
He co-founded with Robert Savoie the Opéra de Montréal and with André Bourbeau, the Concours musical international de Montréal. He was president of the Jeunesses musicales du Canada since 1989.
