Orson Welles in fine form! This lavishly produced costume drama, beautifully cast and directed, was filmed on location in gorgeous Italian palazzos, churches and villas. Welles is cast to type as the literally mesmerizing mountebank Cagliostro, who aids Madame du Barry in a scheme to seize the throne of France. Welles almost certainly ‘helped’ the credited director; the highly theatrical goings-on look exactly like Orson’s style. Super performances from Nancy Guild, Akim Tamiroff, Valentina Cortese, Margot Grahame and Charles Goldner turn Alexandre Dumas’ tale into swashbuckling mind-control excitement; the disc tops it off with a sensationally good restoration.

Sex, drugs, and car crashes were just a fraction of the heaping dose of delicious drama we were served on The Fosters premiere.
The Fosters Season 4 Episode 11 dove right back into the thick of it, picking up moments after where The Fosters Season 4 Episode 10 left off, with Jesus being whisked away in an ambulance, Callie still trapped in the car with Troy, and me wringing my hands together because so many of my Foster loves were catching hell.
Admit it, you were stressed out too.
What better way to break this down, then with hashtags? First up?
#ProtectJesusAtAllCosts
It was a relief to see that the show addressed Jesus' condition instantly. He was alert when he was in that ambulance. Good sign right? The kid would be fine.
But nooo, that wouldn't be any fun now would it? He had to start bringing up smelling gasoline and, you know, having seizures.

Okay, a promise is a promise. And I promised to lay off the Superior Spider-Man this week. Lucky for me there’s still an Amazing Spider-Man.
I know you think there aren’t any new Amazing Spider-Man stories right now, but I assure you there are. Where? Well, in the words of the philosopher, “See you in the funny papers.”
In the Amazing Spider-Man newspaper strip – where J. Jonah Jameson is still the editor/publisher of The Daily Bugle, not mayor; Peter Parker is still Spider-Man, not Doctor Octopus; and Peter and Mary Jane still have at least one more day of marital bliss – they’re running a story in which Jjj is trying to unmask Spider-Man. (Jjj? Lois Lane? What is it about alliterative initials and secret identities?)
I have no spoiler warning for what I’m about to reveal, because this story has been running since sometime back...
