The mother of a child with Down's Syndrome has launched an attack on comic Frankie Boyle's bad taste humour. Sharon Smith, whose 5-year-old daughter Tanzie has Down's, confronted Boyle at his stand-up show at the Reading Hexagon after he spent a significant segment of his set mocking people with the disability. The Mock The Week star spotted Smith and her husband looking uncomfortable in the audience and asked why they were talking during his set. When they told him about their daughter, Boyle tried to laugh off his remarks, asking: "But it's all true, isn't it? Everything I have said is true, isn't it?"
