Zack Snyder is heading back to the director’s chair.
The Batman v. Superman and Justice League director has lined up his next project almost two years after announcing he was stepping away from movies. Snyder, 52, made the decision in May 2017 after the tragic death by suicide of his 20-year-old daughter Autumn. He was in the middle of filming Justice League, which Joss Whedon (The Avengers) helped finish.
Snyder will be directing Army of the Dead, a zombie thriller for Netflix, along with wife and producing partner Deborah Snyder, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie is set to start filming this summer.
