Enjoying an early stroll, Lindsay Lohan popped out for a cigarette break in London, England on Thursday (March 4).
Looking to be in quite high spirits, the "GGeorgia Rule" actress laughed it up as she chatted on the phone in between puffing on her smoke.
As previously reported by Gossip Center, Miss Lohan spent the prior night manning the deejay booth at the Nokia X6 Launch Party held at Sketch nightclub.
Tweeting during the evening, LiLo tells, "Just met Boy George with @mdmolinari he's amazing!!!! He had my friends name 'Paul Starr' tattoed on his hand, so sweet! Rip Paul*we miss u."...

Friends, family and colleagues are gathering this weekend to remember make-up artist Paul Starr, who was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment on Aug. 19. A celebration of his life will be held 3-6 p.m. Aug. 23 at Smashbox Studios, 8549 Higuera St., Culver City.Starr's clientele included Hollywood actresses, rock stars, supermodels and fashion houses. According to the Los Angeles County Department of the Coroner, Starr was 51, and the cause of death was unknown at press time.

Starr's body was discovered at his home by neighbours, who then alerted the authorities. The cause of death is currently unknown as officials await the results of a post-mortem examination.
Starr's regular clients included Garner, as well as actresses Angelina Jolie, Jessica Alba and Renee Zellweger.
And Garner is devastated by the loss, which was especially poignant for her - as Starr was booked to do her make-up on the day after he died.
She tells People.com, "It's a real blow to the people that loved him. I'm just shocked. The real effect of not having him around is going to just hit us more and more both personally and professionally.
"We were really close. He was supposed to do my make-up this morning so that we could catch up. I think that the world just got a little less pretty."...
