At age 18, Mark Stouffer and his brothers hit the road in search of America’s most elusive wildlife. Three decades later, Stouffer is now a highly accomplished wildlife documentarian and filmmaker with numerous award-winning films under his belt. His next adventure is Tiger, Tiger, a movie project recently optioned by Amazon Studios.
Tiger, Tiger is about an American pilot who crashes in Stalin’s Siberia and is sent to the Russian Gulag, only to survive this and be given the chance at freedom by marrying a Russian kept woman and raising a wild Siberian Tiger.
We asked Stouffer about his inspirations, script and his experience with Amazon Studios.

Mti Home Video is a company based in Miami, Florida that has released over a hundred titles in the last few years with a twenty-five year record of promoting film in the distribution business. Mti releases slightly under the radar, independent films like Warrior Angels, 13th Child and many, many more. One of this distribution company's latest releases is Creature of Darkness from Emmy Award nominee Mark Stouffer (Dog Gone), which was released on DVD April 13th, 2010. This science fiction geared production puts an eight foot tall alien human collector up against several annoying and unlikeable twenty-something adults in a climactic battle for supremacy of the campground! This film's many flaws are sometimes overlooked if one is able to laugh at human suffering and stupid choices.

Is it just my imagination or have we been reporting on the Devon Sawa monster movie Creature of Darkness for two years now? Sure feels like it has taken its sweet time. At long last, the monster movie funded by a Powerball lottery winner (true story!) will finally begin stalking DVD shelves this April.
"Whatever happened to" Devon Sawa (Final Destination, Idle Hands, Extreme Ops) stars as a young man plagued by nightmares in which he repeatedly sees himself and his friends being slaughtered by a supernatural monster known as The Catcher. His friends, who have apparently never seen a horror movie in their lives, attempt to cure him of his recurring nightmares by taking him to a secluded forest where his dreams indicate The Catcher lurks. Guess what dream monster turns out to be very much a reality?
