Tony Goldwyn, who plays President Fitz on "Scandal," stopped by CBS' "The Talk" on Wednesday (Oct. 16) to discuss some of the weirdest tweets he's ever gotten."I get a lot of weird ones. The best one recently happened, because last week had the greatest line ever and I couldn't wait for fans to hear it," Goldwyn says. "I go up to Cy and I challenge him and I say, 'How presidential are my balls now, Cyrus?' I couldn't wait to hear the fans' reactions to that.
