- Beverly's husband Louis 'Levi' Yissar (born Ludo Fischer in Poland c.1907) was the solar engineer who designed the cooling system for the 7-shaped solar telescope on Kitt Peak in Southern Arizona. They met through Parents Without Partners. Mr. Yissar's elder son, an Israeli citizen married to a Yemeni woman, was killed when the son's fishing boat was sunk in the Mediterranian during the 1967 War.
