- Author, director. He was the popular, fashionable and celebrated author of the period between two world wars. In 1934-36 he was the editor of Magyarország (Hungary), in 1940-44 The Bridge, an art periodical. In 1939 he established a film studio named Pegazus, which operated until the end of 1943. He also tried to direct. After the war he was the editor of the daily newspaper Szabadság (Liberty), Editor-in-Chief at Literature and Science.
